all matter pertaining to Industrial and Labour Laws; and also advice in connection with the registration of the establishment under the applicable labour laws; and its compliance under the various labour laws. The firm gives information and advice in respect of new amendments/ notification under the labour laws in order to keep its clients abreast with the changes in law.

Its counsels have extensive experience in handling of labour related matters / disputes and have regularly been assisting and representing Clients before the judicial and quasi-judicial authorities in respect of matters relating to the Contract Labour (Regulation and Arbitration) Act, 1970 and the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and the Rules and Regulations framed thereunder. Its services include negotiations, settlement between the management and the labour unions, opinion on various issues pertaining to labour matters and representing the management before the relevant courts/forums.
